We ordered our pizza at 6:05 we received an email stating it would be delivered at 6:30. It is now 7:22 and we are still waiting. I called and the "manager" told me there was nothing that she could do about it. VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS! And not to mention I had to call 10 times to actually speak to someone after being put on hold 3 times. The last time I hung up after 10 mins of waiting.
Our order just made it. And my pasta wasn't in the box. It's not even worth trying to call them back. We're done with Pizza Hut. This is about the 4th time they've messed up our order.
HORRIBLE! I ordered and no pizza was made, at all! I was out till 1am trying to find something to eat! Will never return.
Never an issue. always on time and made to order. Dont listen to those valley rats. they are some messed up people for sure.
