The disc golf course is amazing, has walking paths, as well as horse trails. They also have a playground by the beach. It is worth a visit. My only negative part is the road leading up to the park needs some patches worked on and some of the jokes are by water...so...don't be afraid to skip those if you aren't experienced. They use the green arrow signs to guide disc golfers.
The pond is and HAS been in need of some general cleaning. I would give this place 1 star but their recent addition of a frisbee golf course honestly is the best one I've seen in this area.
The county needs to get it in gear and repair the damned dam. This was once a great park with a Sandy Beach swimming area. Sadly the stall to repair the dam has lead to parts of the park becoming useless. Still disc golf, outdoor covered picnic area and a playground are available
Lake was closed and the grass needs mowed, but my kids enjoyed the play area.
Nice clean park. Considering the dam broke and can't really go swimming here anymore. Supposed to be fixed soon I heard, nice disc golf course, good walking trail and a decent park area for kids. Also a picnic area.
